Show #5 – Running on the Beach – Breathe Properly
Wow this was on the beach in San Diego, California just before sunset. We were in a mad dash to get this show filmed before we ran out of sunlight. Running on the beach isn’t easy but it’s a great cardio and strengthening workout. And like with everything you do, breathing properly is essential. Become aware of how you breathe and include 40 deep breathe every so often in your day to make sure your body is getting all the benefits that oxygen has to give you. You have to love Joanne’s 1980′s “poodle” hair!
