Show #10 – Swimming – Water Running

It’s fun in sunny San Diego, California in February 1989. We’re enjoying some pool time and a workout at the same time. Water running is an excellent cardio exercise without the impact of running. It’s also a great way to rehab leg, hip and back injuries. This was the first time wearing a bath suit on national TV and I think it could be my last!!!
