— Our original concept for BodyBreak! —

This cycling program was the original concept for BodyBreak. After storyboarding and creating a script, we filmed this pilot episode in Sherwood Park in Toronto, Ontario in July 1988. The BodyBreak cycling spot was exciting to shoot but we really didn’t know what we were doing since we had very little TV production experience. Fortunately, we had a great cameraman. Claude Gariepy cared enough to make it look professional but was instrumental in capturing the humour, our imperfections and the BodyBreak message. Thanks Claude!!! We shot with Claude for the next 12 years.
