Ours was a chance meeting over a pec deck machine, the kind of thing that happens every day and that you think nothing about. We shared sets on the equipment, talked and parted, not expecting to see each other again. Yet within three months we ended up meeting once more. It changed our lives forever and it all happened in the blink of an eye.

The Pilot Episode That Started It All!
This cycling program was the original concept for BodyBreak. After storyboarding and creating a script, we filmed this pilot episode in Sherwood Park in Toronto, Ontario in July 1988. The BodyBreak cycling spot was exciting to shoot but we really didn’t know what we were doing since we had very little TV production experience. Fortunately, we had a great cameraman. Claude Gariepy cared enough to make it look professional but was instrumental in capturing the humour, our imperfections and the BodyBreak message. Thanks Claude!!! We shot with Claude for the next 12 years.

It’s OK, you’re among friends. You’re also not alone. Many people admit they indulged in a fast food meal or their favourite desserts the night before starting to eat healthier. Active Living
If you want a stronger heart, a leaner body, lower cholesterol, improved sleep, nothing beats exercise. You can strengthen your entire cardiovascular system – heart, lungs and blood vessels – through regular activities. A complete exercise program always includes both weight training and aerobic activity. Weight training strengthens the muscles of the body while aerobic activity conditions the cardiovascular system and burns calories. Both types of training will give you all the benefits of a total body workout.
