low fat frozen yogurt1 cup
egg whites1/2 cup
Directions
Step 1To make a Sunrise Smoothie, combine in a blender: 1 banana, 1 cup of orange juice, 1 cup of low fat frozen yogurt, and ½ cup of egg whites. Blend, then pour into glasses.
