Peach Cream-free Smoothie

| Step 1 | To make a Peachy Cream-Free Smoothie, combine in a blender 1/2 cup of orange juice, 1 peeled and chopped peach, 1/4 cup of silken tofu, 1/2 teaspoon of grated fresh ginger and 1/4 cup of egg whites. Blend, then pour into glasses. |
