orange juice1/2 cup
peeled and chopped peach1
silken tofu1/4 cup
grated fresh ginger1/2 tsp
egg whites1/4 cup
Directions
Step 1To make a Peachy Cream-Free Smoothie, combine in a blender 1/2 cup of orange juice, 1 peeled and chopped peach, 1/4 cup of silken tofu, 1/2 teaspoon of grated fresh ginger and 1/4 cup of egg whites. Blend, then pour into glasses.
