Ingredients
Liquid Eggs1 cup
Chopped Red Peppers1/4 cup
Chopped Yellow Peppers1/4 cup
Chopped Green Peppers1/4 cup
Diced Onions1/4 cup
Cooked Chicken Pieces1/4 cup
Shredded Cheddar Cheese1/4 cup
Large Whole Wheat Tortillas2

Directions
Step 1In a bowl, mix together liquid eggs, chopped peppers and diced onions..
Step 2Using a non-stick pan, cook the egg mixture until it begins to set then add cheddar cheese, chicken and flavour with a dash of pepper.
Step 3Continue stirring until the mixture is completely set then divide the eggs between the 2 tortillas. These burritos provide an excellent source of high-quality protein and protein will help keep your energy high.
