Ingredients
light chick peas, canned1 - 15oz can
shredded spinach1 cup
grapes; halved1 cup
chopped red sweet pepper1/3 cup
celery, thinly sliced1/3 cup
onion, finely chopped1/4 cup
shredded swiss cheese or light mozzarella1/2 cup
poppy seed dressing, calorie reduced1/4 cup
pita pockets, cut in half4

Directions
Step 1Mix ingredients together and put in pita pockets or serve as a side dish salad.
